Program Managers
Highly seasoned professionals with extensive project and program management experience. They are well-versed in project management methodologies, most are PMP-certified, and have the interpersonal and communication skills required to coach and mentor project managers. In many cases, Program Managers are brought on board by a PMO Director or functional Vice President to take on troubled programs and/or to mentor program and project managers to be more effective in their role. Program Managers are trained to interact with your management executives to not only achieve success in your program, but also provide constructive and objective recommendations on ways to improve your project management environment.

Project Managers
Typically have over 10 years of project management experience, overseeing a wide variety of projects across various industries and business functions. Many of these individuals are PMP® certified, and are well-versed in managing a diverse array of IT projects including systems development, infrastructure deployment, commercial software product development and third-party package implementation. They are skilled in differing systems development life cycle approaches and project management methodologies. Project Managers can develop a delivery approach that is tailored to fit the needs of unique client projects and client technical environments.

Project Coordinators
Vary in experience levels, however typically have over 6 years of experience in project planning, estimating, scheduling, cost control and project reporting. Project Coordinators will help project managers with all of the upfront activities to initiate your project and support the many administrative activities throughout a project life cycle. Project Coordinators track project schedules, resource allocations, costs and other status reporting. Project Coordinators allow project managers more time to communicate with executives and focus on scope management and project leadership.

Business Analysts
Vary in experience levels and expertise, however typically have over 8 years of experience working among stakeholders/ business community to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. The business analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. Business Analysts will have domain knowledge specific to client needs, will also have skills and/or experience in the following: business processes, UML, process flows, use cases, interview skills, workshop facilitation, ERD, SDLC, PMM and Visio. Business analysts will have strong oral and written communication skills, analytical skills and negotiation skills.
